Need help! 3 months back when i last went 4 coaching... i analysed... peple often grab points against me at smashes... sometimes drop shot.. often it happens like this...first dey play a drop shot if manage to pick it up den imidiately push too far at back gallery ... which is often i m nt able to hit... if hit, den it crumbles down near d net n den a a super fast smash is accompanied...
I often unable to judge d side n back gallery outside
Also my foot work is nt adequate... m 5feet7inches... 170.2cm... want increase height for steeper smashes..
