A few observations of my own:

1. The lighting this year was much better than previous years. In the past, the court was so bright such that I had a hard time watching. Now it is perfect (kinda like All England). The background is dark, so the players can perform better too (except for the flash photography).

2. Zhang Nan worst nightmare has come true. He didn't win anything AND he is injured. Fortunately, it is still early in the qualification cycle.

3. Viktor is a rising star. I think he will surpass the achievements of Peter Gade one day.

BTW, Chinese Women's Singles is still in the doldrums. Will XXZ take over?

Hi all the Sifu's of this forum

I dont post here much but this is just a question of help.

I bought and used a Yonex Nanoray500 , and to me it was the best ever racket i have ever used in terms of balance, weight and power delivery for my style all these years of playing.

Unfortunately one game my backhand timing was alittle too early and really whacked the shuttle on the upper head, and cracked right away. Too powerful too soon.

Anyway, any recommendations for a replacement racket similar to the nanoray500 coz its no longer in production noww :crying:.

And if cheaper the better.

Budget well around 300++ (Like the NR500 i bought from Sunrise) or lower.

TQ guys for feedback.
